This could be the SEN's, our, Bryan's run to failure moment...trading Vermette and now Kelly were/are not great hockey moves, but eventually you have to move some guys out of the middle of your line up to make room for some fresh blood. The one thing it does present to you is the chance to pick up/up-grade the offence but if you think about it both of these guys had the skill and potential to score big time and didn't!
I like it, it's like going "all in"...now ya gotta draw the cards! And don't kid yourself there is a lot of know-how, luck and skill involved here.
We strongly recommend drafting all skilled forwards, big skilled forwards and more thick skilled forwards...ya can always convert 'em to defencive specialists after if you have to...
Now we (Eugene) gotta give Bryan another contract!

Good for Fish...
- Good for Fish...good for Nashville...good for Ottawa...
- First round picks and only first round picks run deep into the Stanley Cup Playoffs year in and year out...and stop with Detroit already, that was a super fluke!
- You boys wanted a re-build, here come the two year, three year, four year estimates...
- I shall buy an "expensive" season ticket to go watch our kids...
- "Rocco" should go all around this off season playing summer hockey with everyone then come back and tell Bryan, who he likes, who will come here and for how much...
- Don't spend any money on a goalie yet it's too soon, "Legs" will have to shoulder the load...
- Alexander Semin would be a nice start!
- I'd make Alfie the (playing) Head Coach right now...just for the record, he has a problem with P. "F." M.
- Let's see what Kuba could make in Europe and pay the difference...
- Looks like we need about 3 or 4 top six forwards...but we got the cash...

What do we need?
- Next year, we need a goalie with some luck! And we all know you have to be good to be lucky!
- We need another defenceman, who can skate like "EriK"...(our other Swedish D-man)
- We need JC to replace Phillips and I mean to play better than him.
- We need a sniper for Rocco, Foligno could/can cary the second line...
- We need Fisher to retire to Nashville...
- We need 9MM to put exactly 10% more curve in his blade...it will be at least 10 more goals...
- We need the two new Alternates to be Campoli and Rocco...
- We need Gonchar to start to work on his speed again, he usta be one of the fastest D-men in the League...
- We need to move Kuba out of the room...How???
- We need Alfie to play with his 5 wood only, all next summer 'till he gets his feel and accuracy back...that's at least 4 games where he has the tier or winner on his stick late and can't cash in!
- We need to spend our money judiciously, it's easy to throw big money at players who are not worth it!
- Next year, we need to bring the best team out of training camp, I mean the best goalie, the best 6 defencemen and the best 12 forwards...the merit principle!
- We need to let Rocco choose the next head coach!

Man, that's poor hockey!
- That looked like a "house-league" game between the two worst teams...
- Greg don't give us that, it all evens out over 82 games "Bullsh*t", you were an outsider your whole career...
- Elliott is as brittle as hard plastic, it's all pressure...
- Alfie's timing is shot...over tired...
- Kovalev is skating like he's looking for a job...
- "Rocco" is still fun to watch...
- Kuba is a lost cause...
- Lehner looked pretty good...next time drop the guy...
- Coach, if you only have 15 shots but you are seeing some chemistry, ya don't break 'em all up...and what's with benching your "All Star", park your ego, till you are back in Junior!

Good game to watch!
- Our Coach is too inexperienced...
- Our Coach has no status with the Refs...
Note: The guys in the war room in Tranna just laugh when they know Pollock has blown another call...especially against Ottawa!
- Our Coach has no luck...
- Our coach should "not" have pulled "Legs"...
- Our Coach should have got us another TMMOTI Penalty again tonight...
- Our Coach has stopped coaching...
- Our Coach has run out of IDEAS...
- Our Coach looks terrible...Eugene let him go (I'd make Kuba a coach just to get him off the ice) and keep playing the kids they are fun to watch...
