"We're playin' with nine guys!"

Bryan, I know we just won six (6) in row but you can only play with nine guys up front for so long until your knees buckle...John Paddock showed us that one...

Alfie makes ten but the coaches have no confidence in #21; #24 or #16...

As we knew all along we still need a first string center in sheep's clothing to play second line center because we are not satisfied  with just anyone. We have two expendable national league Defencemen...

How many times do you "whiff" on the clearing pass before the coach takes you off the "Kill Team"?

Lehner looks ready...he looked ready last year...

EriK wants to play 30 minutes every game and he should...

Jason was feeling the heat...we shall give him a pass for one game...

9 MM skating miles on his new wheels...

Rundblad looks like "Tom Brady", then the next shift he looks like "Tony Romo!"

Greening was ready for the NHL...really ready...

Zack just keeps on giving...

The "Dawg" is here to stay...shoot the puck...

Number ONE Power Plays scare the other guys...

Neil is on pace for 20 goals...

Foligno is having so much fun he thinks he is playing road hockey, but the coaches know his worth...

When Alfie comes back, Winchester gets a shot between Foligno and the Captain on the strength of his draws alone...

Just my thought "Don't start to OVER COACH Jared!"

  1. Rundblad managed to shut up Nick Kypreos. Nice.

That pass between rookies was something to behold

Considering #21 played 5 mins, and #16 & #24 played 8 mins, I'd have to agree with you. However, #21 is coming off of a nasty head shot of his own, and #16 probably wants to ease his "groin" back into the game. Frenchie lost his right winger, and got demoted back to the fourth line.

I'm not sure our "expendable" defencemen would be enough to snag a reliable, worthwhile second line centerman. Would probably have to sweeten the pot, and I'm not sure Bryan wants to do that, given Mika will be back next year (with Silverburg in tow).

Good things happen when you shoot the puck!

Our Sverge goalie is better than there's!

Rundblad is so good and playing so well he has EriK pressing a little bit.

It was not long ago the Sportsnet guys were saying our prospects were not that good...that we had nothing in the bank...#40; #2; #7; #14; #16; #21 #22; #23; #24. How do you like them apples Kypreos...

Ya, I'm not sayin' it's fair, just sayin...

The "Dawg" is going to bump someone (he shoulda got a better shot last year) probably DaCosta after #21 is returned...it's a one way two way thing...#16 will be Alfie's designated sitter/day off replacement. #28 has got to play more, #18 gets a shot at those tough second line draws...
